Online and brick-and-mortar retail outlets selling electronics and home appliances, as well as e-commerce platforms such as Allegro.
Why is this product dangerous?
Laboratory tests have shown that the battery management system does not include a device to monitor cell temperature. If the battery temperature exceeds the specified maximum charging temperature, the charging circuit will not be interrupted, which could lead to significant overheating of the device and cause burns to the user.
What to do
All customers who have purchased the above product are kindly requested to:
- Immediately stop using the product.
- Return the product to the point of sale where it was purchased or contact customer service to arrange for its collection. The product will be returned at no additional cost to the consumer.
Remedies for consumers
- Appropriate reimbursement of the value of the recovered product.
- Replacement of the recovered product with a safe product of the same type with at least the same value and quality.
